J. Susan Johnson is a founding partner of Strategic Vision, Inc., a consulting and research firm based in San Diego, California.
Ms. Johnson was the creative architect of ValueCentered methods worldwide.
Her creative interpreatations of the data have produced such widely accepted
concepts as (1) active vs. passive safety and (2) thoughtful engineering/design
in the automotive industry.
She is an expert in motivation and communications; in customer satisfaction,
retention, loyalty, commitment and decision making; and research design, data
structure, analysis and inference. She has applied the ValueCentered procedures
in many fields: accounting, airlines, the automotive industry, banking, education,
entertainment, food and beverages, health and beauty, law, leadership, medicine,
politics, restaurants, recreation, and telecommunications.
She has been directly involved in all facets of data collection and analysis
and leads the effort in the analyses of ValueCentered. Her experience includes
consumer and organizational decision making research and communications; child
and teenage research; and brand positioning.
She has made professional presentations to the widest variety of audiences from corporate CEO's, advertising creative professionals, and corporate and academic researchers and managers.
