Chuck Borough is a founding partner of Strategic Vision, Inc., a consulting and research firm based in San Diego, California.

Chuck developed the ValueCentered programs with which we define satisfaction, commitment, and loyalty. His programs describe an artificial intelligence that allow researchers to model the decision making processes of any target group or individual.

He is an expert in decision modeling, systems programming, and dynamic behavior modeling. He has trained professionals to use the ValueCentered programs in many fields: politics, leadership, airlines, accounting, telecommunications, entertainment, and the automotive industry.

He has been a member of the national and international training team for 18 years, training professionals in China, Italy, England, France, Germany, and Russia from 1978 to date. His techniques have been applied to a variety of fields, including: politics, medicine, education, law, leadership, airlines, banking, accounting, telecommunications, food and beverages, health and beauty, restaurants, recreation, and the automotive industry.
