Alexander Edwards was one of the founding members of Strategic Vision, Inc., and is the partner heading the automotive division of the consulting and research firm based in San Diego, California.
Alexander began his study in ValueCentered Systems in 1988, developing models
for understanding the values and motive of individuals, groups, corporations
and government systems.
Alexander is an expert in motivation and decision making, research and communications; in customer satisfaction, retention, loyalty, commitment and decision making; and research design, data structure, analysis and inference. He has applied his training in many fields: the automotive industry, accounting, air travel, banking, consulting and management, education, entertainment, food and beverages, health and beauty, investments, law, leadership, medicine, personnel management, politics, restaurants, recreation, and telecommunications.
In 1995, as the Director of Research and Analysis at Strategic Vision Inc., Alexander
helped lay the foundation for the analysis of the New Vehicle Experience Study
(NVES).
